What is a teacher?
Our secondary parents, that teaches us a lesson. They are there for us for the things we need to learn and acquire through knowledge we need. Therefore being a teacher is not easy, we need to respect each one of them.

His best word to describe his teaching career is “fulfilling”. It make him feel proud to see his students improve and succeed.
Significant Learnings
Students- he learned that he should always listen to them and make sure that their stories are heared.
Colleagues- he learned different techniques and methods in hardling classes.
Administration- he learned how to be more efficient in doing his job.
Parents- he learned that their involvement plays a big role in the academic dev’t of their child.
Community- he learned that the community should be open to new and out of the box ideas from the youth.
An educated community would be able to make more sound decisions, which would lead to better policy-making. Eventually, sound policies would help the community achieve sustainable development.
Teachers can help in promoting Filipino culture by integrating snippets of Filipino culture in their lessons. For example, instead of using apples in Math, they can use native fruits which is more relatable. Teachers can also use social media to make sure that Filipino consciousness is alive in their students minds.
Jose Andrei believe that technology will be an internal part of learning in the future. Teachers should be equipped with the skills to use these new technologies. Also, they should be trained so that they are up to date with the latest innovations. Technology should be easily accessible to teachers.
Infrastructure should be the first priority. This includes classrooms, equipment and technology. All facilities and learning material should be of high quality.
I asked him, what is your personal message from me if I would be a teacher one day. He said, always remember “ugali bago talino”. Put premium on how students interact with each other. We don’t want to produce intellectual mouse.
INSIGHT ON MY INRTERVIEW
I’ve learned somthing that I can’t easily express. But base on my insights I learned, as a student I should respect all teachers and know that teaching is not an easy task and so I should not make it any harder for them by behaving in class.
